Terms & Conditions

• You are at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
• All information you provide (including your name, contact details, and payment information) is accurate, current, and truthful; and
• You will comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Platform.

Certain events may carry their own age restrictions or content advisories (for example, 18+ shows, alcohol-serving venues), which will be stated on the event page. It is your responsibility to check event-specific eligibility criteria before booking, and entry may be refused at the venue if these are not met.

• You may be required to register an account using your mobile number, email address, or a third-party sign-in method, and to verify it via OTP or another verification mechanism.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

• All ticket prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes on the base ticket price, unless stated otherwise.
• Checkout adds a processing fee (covering payment gateway charges) plus GST on that fee — both are shown as separate line items before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the final amount payable.
• The processing fee and the GST charged on it are non-refundable under all circumstances, including when a ticket is refunded due to event cancellation. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except where we cancel, postpone, or materially reschedule an event — for example due to adverse weather or operational reasons — in which case the ticket price (excluding the processing fee and GST on it) is refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, unless a different timeline is specified for that event.
• Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless we expressly permit transfer or resale through the Platform.
• Each ticket is typically valid for a single, verified entry. Duplicated, screenshotted, tampered with, or previously scanned tickets may be denied entry at the venue.
• It is your responsibility to check event details (date, time, venue, age restrictions, prohibited items) before completing a purchase.
• Cooldown uses Razorpay as its payment gateway. Payments are processed securely, and we do not store your card details.
• A booking confirmation, along with your e-ticket, will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number after successful payment. You must carry a valid government-issued photo ID matching your booking details, along with your e-ticket, for entry where required.

• Entry to an event is subject to the rules and security checks we or our venue partners put in place, including bag checks, prohibited-item restrictions, and dress codes, which will be communicated on the event page where applicable.
• We may, for reasons of safety, capacity, or venue compliance, deny entry, remove an attendee from the premises, or make reasonable changes to the event programme, timing, or venue. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
• Photography, audio, or video recording at an event may be carried out by us or our representatives for promotional or archival purposes, and by attending you consent to being photographed or filmed, unless you notify us otherwise in advance where feasible.
• We are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits, licences, and approvals required to host our events in accordance with applicable law.

On the Platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• Resell tickets at inflated prices (scalping) or use the Platform for any unauthorised commercial resale;
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to book tickets or access the Platform;
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm other Users or our staff;
• Upload or transmit any unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users' accounts, or our systems; or
• Violate any applicable law while using the Platform.

We want everyone to feel comfortable and respected at our events. By attending, you agree to:

• Treat other attendees, hosts, and staff with respect and courtesy;
• Respect others' boundaries — if someone isn't interested in continuing a conversation, let it go gracefully;
• Refrain from any form of harassment, inappropriate physical contact, offensive language, or unwelcome persistent attention; and
• Provide accurate information during registration and screening.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel bookings, and/or report conduct to law enforcement where these Terms or applicable law are violated. Attendees who violate these guidelines may be asked to leave an event without a refund (including the processing fee and GST already paid), and may be barred from future Cooldown events.
